Learning Groups In Coaching

Would you like to improve business results and return on investment for your company’s training programs? Retention studies indicate that adult learners must hear and apply something SIX times in order to retain 90% after 30 days! It’s called “interval reinforcement”. And, studies show that companies who implement a coaching process for participants post-training see the most improvements in their employees. To help you in ensuring training that sticks, we are now offering a new coaching program in relation to each of our programs we teach! Its called LGC - Learning Groups in Coaching.

How it works: The coaching sessions are in small learning groups over the phone of 3-6 people, and would begin within 30 days after the training program they attended. Groups would meet twice in a month and come to the conference call prepared to discuss ‘wins’ and ‘opportunity areas’ of a specific skill they learned and have applied back at work. The training coach, along with their peers on the call, provide specific feedback- both to affirm them and to guide them in how to apply the skills better next time! This is true skill application if you’re aiming to achieve Kirkpatrick’s Level 4 of evaluation!

In 2006, we achieved the following:

  • implemented a Quality Survey for our clients to evaluate us
  • developed four 1-day training programs
  • secured three new Training Specialists
  • trained our programs around the world
  • hired an Operations Manager
  • hired a Graphic Artist/Webmaster
  • moved to a new office in Allen, TX


For 2007, we plan to:

  • offer our clients a new coaching program, "LGC", to ensure that training sticks for
    Level 4 Evaluation
    post-training
  • offer a new ½ day “Fit and Fabulous” training session
  • move our office again for even more space


For next year, we want to give you a gift of better value for the same pricing!

We have NOT INCREASED PRICING for the new year, so will you continue to receive the same great pricing as in 2006. But, we have INCREASED our QUALITY in both our training programs and our trainer skills. We believe that continuous improvements are always necessary.
