Holly
has a reputation with her clients as a dynamic, personable and genuine
professional. With nearly 20 years experience, she is well rounded in
the business of people development. Her career began at MCI Telecommunications,
where she won the Circle of Excellence award for sales training design
and delivery. She also received training certifications from Franklin
Covey, Ridge, OKA, Achieve Global, Brandon Partners and IOweU Intl. As an executive coach, Holly specializes in persuasive speaking skills for high-level presentations. She also receives high marks herself as a professional speaker. For the past two years, the conference attendees of ASTD’s SW Learning Symposium have rated her as the “Best Speaker of the Conference” on topics from facilitation skills to visual communication.
Holly earned a BA in Communication and Public Address from UNT and is pursuing an MS in Human Relations and Business. She is also a Certified Life Coach and a member of professional associations such as ASTD and ICF. She is an Adjunct Professor at SMU's Leadership Development Center teaching Business Presentation Skills to PMBA students attending the Cox School of Business. Holly’s educational interests extend beyond the corporate classroom and into the school system. She volunteers to bring parent education programs to school districts on behalf of the Texas PTA Council

Dena’s background includes twenty years of office management, sales and service. She has facilitated high-level meetings, delivered process improvement training, and achieved accolades for sales and marketing and consistently achieving business results. Mary Kay earned an Executive/Professional Coaching Certification, a graduate level program, from UTD, and earned an MS in Human Resource & Organization Management from USF. Her expertise in executive coaching blended with her business and training experience enables her to assist her clients in meeting their most challenging goals. Mary Kay specializes in teaching presentation and sales skills and has helped hundreds of employees greatly improve their influence, credibility and relationship building skills at companies such as Alcatel-Lucent, Amway, Dr. Pepper Snapple, Genesys Labs, Liberty Building Systems and Texas Instruments. She has earned over 15 nationally recognized training certifications from companies such as Franklin Covey, Blessing White, Wilson Learning, and Dale Carnegie. Karen is also certified in the MBTI/Myers Briggs Type Indicator and is a CSTP/Certified Synchronous Training Professional and delivers interactive training webinars. She graduated from Georgetown University’s graduate level Training and Development program. She has extensive international experience, including assignments for Concert/British Telecom, MCI, and Cisco in France, England, Holland, Hungary, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia. She has delivered hundreds of programs for Fortune 500 companies such as Amway Global, Alcatel-Lucent, Cisco, Dr. Pepper Snapple, FedEx Kinko’s, Ryan and Texas Instruments. Karen is passionate about horses and competes at an international level in three day eventing.
Christy Kercheville | Dallas, TX
Training Facilitator
Christy Kercheville has over 20 years of proven experience in the training and development field. Her consulting experience includes facilitation of a broad range of service, sales, and leadership programs to audiences of executives to front line employees, including union environments. Christy has consulted with diverse groups in Fortune 500 companies across the world in a variety of industries including telecommunications, healthcare, financial, transportation, pharmaceutical, beverage, advertising, high tech, and manufacturing. Her workshop topics include presentation skills, coaching, interpersonal skills, communication, safety, sales and service call center programs, new hire, meetings, train the trainer, teambuilding, DiSC, and MBTI. Christy is known for her creativity and has co-developed many of the audience centered programs she facilitates.Prior to becoming an independent facilitator, Christy led a World Class training organization for MCI Telecommunications and then developed a training and quality organization at MobileComm. Her work experience includes designing training, hiring skilled trainers, developing curriculum for new hires, ongoing skills development, leadership training, succession planning, mentoring programs, creating performance standards and competencies. A major accomplishment was developing a plan to support training for over one thousand new employees in a twelve month period.
Christy is a graduate of the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing Management. Alison Pigott | Los Angeles, CA

Alison
has specialized in Human Resources Training and Development since 1991.
Her extensive experience includes training delivery in leadership development
skills, as well as one-on-one coaching, 360 degree feedback, meeting
facilitation, and teambuilding - using tools such as the MBTI and the
DiSC assessments. She has worked with all employee levels, ranging from
engineers to sales people to managers from all over the world. Alison
holds training certifications from Ridge Associates, Interactive Associates,
Franklin Covey, Blessing White, Personnel Decisions International, Zenger
Miller, IOWEU International and from Learning Times as a CSTP/Certified
Synchronous Training Professional for leading interactive training webinars.

RCN. Alison earned a BA in Psychology and certification in the Secondary
Education Program at the University of Iowa, and she is a member of ASTD
and APT. Alison’s natural zest for life, education and personal growth

teaches Faith Formation.
Tracy Rose-Brown | Dallas, TX
Training Facilitator, Certified Coach
Tracy is a skilled classroom facilitator and executive coach with over 15 years of global training experience. Her areas of interest and focus have been team building, communications, conflict management, leadership, influence and negotiation. Clients appreciate her humor, and her ability to quickly understand their unique business challenges. For 9 years, she worked with Cisco to develop and deliver high-potential employee and management training programs in their offices in the USA, Europe and Asia (China, Japan, Malaysia). These programs supported a variety of functional areas, including customer service, operations, human resources, corporate leadership development, engineering and world-wide sales force training. Tracy is a Professional Behavioral and Values Analyst (DISC and PIAV), a certified Coach, and a CSTP/Certified Synchronous Training Professional for leading interactive training webinars. As a volunteer, she also works with community outreach programs where she speaks to students on career choices and important life skills.
Carol Welch | Dallas, TX
Training Facilitator
Carol is known as a dynamic trainer who is passionate about teaching others to perform their best. She draws on years of technical training in the telecommunications industry, where she designed and delivered a national Train-the-Trainer program which was Microsoft certified. She also has delivered teambuilding programs and provided one-on-one coaching to many employees as the owner of Pump It Up, the nation’s largest inflatable indoor playground.
